INYOM AMAETITI ENDS 2025 WITH LIFE TOUCHING EVENT (PHOTOS)

The National leadership of Inyom Amaetiti, the women’s wing of the Asaga Ohafia Development Union (ADU), in Ohafia L.G.A, Abia state has continued to touch the lives of women in the community.

The group led by Chief Mrs Nnenna Ifendu Ukonu in a bid to put smiles on the faces of women in the community held a series of life-changing activities in the past year.
As part of its 2025 activities, Inyom Amaetiti offered medical treatment of malaria and other related sicknesses to the indigenes of the community.
It also took care of the surgery of 44 male Asagans diagnosed of hernia from April 2025 to July 2025 at the Asaga health centre.
The successful surgeries were conducted by a specialist doctor from the university of Nigeria teaching hospital with no life lost and no emergency recorded.
On December 25th being Christmas day, Inyom Amaetiti treated aged mothers to a get together party with sumptuous meals and drinks and afterwards empowered some less privileged ones with grinding machines while every participant received a 5kg bag of rice and wrapper.
Speaking at the event held at the Asaga Civic centre, Chief Mrs Ifendu said the happiness of women especially the aged, the widows and the less privileged in the community is important to Inyom Amaetiti National Leadership.
She said her leadership will continue to drive the needed support in the development of Asaga and the welfare of women in the community, and thanked members of her executive for supporting her vision and leadership.
The event was attended by the aged, widows, the less privileged, other women of the Asaga Ukwu community, traditional rulers and members of the Asaga Ohafia Development Union (ADU).
